Tom Eiland is CFM’s in-house research guru.
Tom’s goal: help clients get information they can use for marketing, communications, planning and decision-making.
Tom’s philosophy: There are a lot of research techniques available. Design research using the best methods for each project.
Tom manages a research practice for a wide range of clients that include health care, transportation, education, consumer and B2B products and infrastructure. During the past 10 years, Tom has led a CFM effort that integrates online research with client communications and engagement efforts.
