Suzie Giacomelli
Account Executive

Suzie brings curiosity, zest, tenacity and a tireless work ethic to each of her projects, along with expertise in qualitative research, project management, events, media relations, content development and social media. She created two social media educational events: “Your Digital Life: Risks, Opportunities and Practical Applications of Social Media” for the University of Oregon; and, “Social Media: More Than Kids Play” for CFM.
She also has presented on social media, including at Provender Alliance’s annual conferences and a Continuing Legal Education seminar for the New Lawyers Division of the Oregon State Bar. She’s been published in a Provender Journal recurring feature, “Food For Thought: Marketing PR Tips for the Food Industry,” the Healthcare Communicators of Oregon journal and CFM’s marketing PR blog, Rules of Engagement.
Suzie works with a variety of companies and brands, including Del Monte Fresh Produce and Provender Alliance. She has worked with the Eugene Gluten Intolerance Group, Marion-Polk Food Share, Tillamook Cheese and Coconut Bliss. Suzie also conceived the Piano Love Stories video campagin for Portland Piano International.
A 2009 graduate of U of O’s School of Journalism and Communication, Suzie earned a BA degree in Journalism: Public Relations with a minor in Communication Studies. She is the 2009 recipient of the Phyllis Van Kimmel Bell Leadership Award and a member of Kappa Tau Alpha – an honorary professional organization for outstanding talent in journalism and mass communication.
Suzie loves the performing arts and dance, which she studied formally for more than 15 years. She performed with the University of Oregon’s Jam Squad at Blazer games and with the Eugene Ballet Company in its Nutcracker. She appeared in numerous productions, including the lead role in Beauty and the Beast, at the Ross Ragland Theater. She is an avid photographer and loves gluten-free cooking and travel.
