Many small Oregon wineries struggle to find viable ways to reach customers outside their own tasting rooms. Microbrewers found success selling their small-batch beers in growlers, which are reusable glass containers that you can fill up at a variety of retail outlets. Oregon's wine industry asked CFM to pass legislation allowing wine growlers. CFM worked closely with Oregon legislative leaders so they understood the value of growlers to small, mostly family-owned wineries. The legislation passed, making Oregon the first state in the nation to allow them.

After receiving federal and state grants, Salem-Keizer Transit wanted to maximize opportunities at the groundbreaking and grand opening of the new Keizer Transit Center. It retained CFM, which had helped secure federal funding for the center, to ensure both events were well-attended and served as opportunities to talk about the value and benefits of public transportation.
