Ellen Miller joined CFM this week and will work with the firm's state lobby and public affairs teams.

As a civil engineer, Miller worked for Bau Engineering of Salem, OTak in Lake Oswego and Scott, Cox and Associates of Boulder, Colorado.
"Ellen brings a wide-ranging background and a wide array of skills to this position," says CFM Partner Dan Jarman. "She will add depth and value to our state lobby team.
Miller will work out of CFM's Portland office, but spend a considerable amount of time at the state Capitol.
