CFM's Tymchuk to Moderate Hacks and Flacks

CFM Principal Kerry Tymchuk once again will host the "Portland Roast Festival," the annual fundraiser for schools. He’s the host for the roast. Again. CFM Principal Kerry Tymchuk will serve as the master of ceremonies for the third consecutive year at the "Portland Roast Festival,” the much-anticipated annual fundraiser for the Portland Schools Foundation.

It’s the traditional battle of hacks vs. flacks, a target-rich opportunity for the press and politicians to trade good-natured barbs. The "Hacks" team is comprised of Oregon Secretary of State Kate Brown, Portland City Commissioner Randy Leonard and Multnomah County Chair Ted Wheeler. They will do battle with the "Flacks" team featuring April Baer of Oregon Public Broadcasting, Anna Griffin from The Oregonian and Mark Mason and Dave Anderson of KEX 1190.

The 15th annual roast will be held on Thursday, February 18, at the Portland Rose Garden Arena.
