Engaging customers in a two-way conversation using the latest social media tactics is a topic CFM Associate Hannah Smith will take on in a panel discussion hosted by the Portland Business Alliance.
Hannah, who serves as online community manager for CFM client Tillamook Cheese, will appear at “Cornerstones Conversions: Putting Social Media to Work,” scheduled for 7:30 - 10 a.m., Thursday, March 5 at?200 SW Market St, Lobby Conference Room in Portland.
Smith, who joined CFM in 2008 fresh from graduating from the University of Oregon, already is a social networking veteran, assisting on client projects that use new interactive tools to reach target audiences and manage issues. Hannah has helped CFM utilize a mix of online community tools including Twitter and Facebook to promote the Tillamook Fan Club.
